Beautiful picture, everything looks so green and lush! Is this your rainy season? Do you ever try to save lion cubs that are being threatened by a new male who has taken over a pride? I always feel so sad when the cubs are killed; why don’t the females protect their cubs when a new male takes over?! Well, I have many more questions but I’ll save them for later! Here is my donation for 100.00 for your hard work protecting these beautiful animals, thank you so much! Oh, one more question, any cheetahs in your area?

One more thing, they just reported riots in Kenya, because many believe the elections are rigged. Please stay safe. It is 10 am est and CNN just reorted this!

Wanda, you made my day, thank you! I’m still thinking about one of the park rangers who just lost an infant to Malaria in DRC. It realy hits home when you blog with rangers and get to know them…they are family.

Theresa, we tend not to interfere with natural ecological processes such as pride takeovers. Its not easy, but as conservatists I think its important to take this approach. There are a few cheetahs in our area… I’ll try to remember to take a photograph next time I see on. Thanks again for your donation. Apologies for the lateness of this reply but internet access has been really unpredicable recently.

I wish all of you supporters the best in life for your efforts. Let’s not forget there are humans out there starving in the Sudan, Etiopia, etc. Please help support programs for them, too.
